Governor Seyi Makinde has assured the people of Oyo State of his administration’s commitment to improving the lives of residents through infrastructure development.
The Governor gave the assurance when a team of the Nigerian Guild of Editors, NGE, paid him a visit at the Government House, Agodi in Ibadan on Saturday.
Governor Makinde while addressing the visiting NGE members said his administration since 2019 has put in place polices and projects to help in repositioning the Oyo State with the aim of lifting the people out of poverty.

The Governor who then took members of the Guild round some selected projects including the Amotekun Headquarters, Moniya Iseyin Road, Mere Adigun Housing Estate, and primary healthcare centres, among others noted that emphasis must be placed on the electorate who voted office seekers into power.
President of the Nigerian Guild of Editors expressed satisfaction on behalf of his colleagues. The Guild was in Ibadan, Oyo State capital to hold its Standing Committee meeting.
