The Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero has cautioned security operatives to not only be neutral but impartial during the coming Governorship and House of Assembly election scheduled to hold this Saturday.
The Royal father who doubles as Chairman of the Kano Council of Emirs gave the charge when the Deputy Inspector-General of Police in charge of Northwest, Hafiz Inuwa paid him a courtesy visit Friday afternoon.
The 15th Fulani emir also called on parents to caution their children against political thuggery.

DIG Inuwa told ait.live that he led his team to the palace to seek cooperation with the Emirate because of its influence on the Kano people to ensure a peaceful conduct of the March 18 election while declaring war against criminal elements.
The monarch enjoined party flag bearers at all levels to consider Kano first and should not allow their interests to influence political decision.
