Parents of students of Kings College Lagos have blocked Marina Road inward Victoria Island in protest against the planned concession of the school to the Kings College Old Boys Association.
The protesting parents, who trooped out in large numbers, also blocked the entrance leading to the Lagos State Government House at Marina, chanting solidarity songs and insisting that “Kings College is not for sale.”
The ongoing protest has left motorists and commuters stranded along the affected route.
