President Bola Tinubu says he enjoyed his extended vacation and he is back, ready to kick and work for Nigerians.
The President spoke in Lagos on Tuesday after arriving at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport from Paris, France where he had spent part of his working vacation.
He said he is hale and hearty, dismissing rumours about his health. President Tinubu’s comments come amid public discussions and speculation over his health and prolonged stay outside the country.
The President said there was no cause for concern over his health, assuring Nigerians that he is in good health.
The President is currently in Lagos, where he is expected to attend activities marking Nigeria’s 66th Independence Anniversary, including the premiere of a movie commemorating the assumed winner of the June 12, 1993 presidential election, late Moshood Abiola.
Tinubu is also expected to hold strategic meetings with political leaders and associates before returning to Abuja.
