Former Labour Party Presidential candidate, Peter Obi has called for a comprehensive investigation into what led to the Bodija explosion that left many dead, injured and homeless.
Obi who was at the Oyo State Governor’s office in Agodi, Ibadan commiserated with the government and people of the state over the Bodija explosion.
Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde who thanked Peter Obi for identifying with the state in spite of party differences said the former Presidential candidate of his own Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar did not even send him an SMS over the deadly incident.

Meanwhile, speaking on the state of the nation, the former Anambra Governor, Peter Obi called for measures to reduce the cost of governance at the federal level.
