The Igbo socio cultural group, Ohanaeze N’digbo Ekiti State chapter has called for the unconditional release of the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.
The group while insisting on the immediate release of the IPOB leader, on Sunday in Ado Ekiti, also called for an end to the weekly sit-at-home order declared by leaders of IPOB.

The leaders also urged the state Governors of the South- East States to collaborate with the Federal Government to reposition the economy of the region which has been decimated by the sit-at-home order by the Indigenous People of Biafra.
They urged the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to be fair in its appointments to reflect the diversity of Nigeria.
