The Governor’s aide also called on all Igbos in Katsina and Nigeria in general, not to engage in anything amounting to agitation for secession.
According to him, he is calling on Igbos across the country to desist from joining any form of protest and agitation, capable of causing tension in the country.
While appreciating Governor Aminu Masari’s just and inclusive leadership in Katsina State, Okonkwo urged the indigenous Nigerians resident in the state, to reciprocate the gesture, by supporting his administration.
Many Igbos in the state are going about their normal business activities, as their shops are opened.
