Traditional and political leaders from the three senatorial zones in Imo state have cautioned the Peoples Democratic Party against utterances capable of causing breakdown of law and order in Imo state.
Addressing a joint press conference in Owerri the Imo state capital, south east Nigeria, the leaders accused the PDP and former Governor Emeka Ihedioha campaign organization of attempting to overheat the polity with a view to instigating security breach in the state.

They advised relevant security agencies to call the Former Governor to order.
The former Governor Emeka Ihedioha had during the Egbu declaration event addressed the people of Owerri zone on his returning to power after the 2024 general election in the state.
