Edo state Governor, Monday Okpebholo

Indigenes of Edo State have called on the incoming administration led by Monday Okpebholo to be strategic in bringing the needed development to the state in regard to its five-point development agenda.
They are also calling on the new government to improve the security and other aspects of life of Edo people.

The Novelty match held in Benin City on Sunday between friends of the newly elected governor of Edo state Monday Okpebholo and ex-Super Eagles players is one of many activities that have been put in place to usher in Edo state’s incoming administration.

While other activities continue, the state’s indigenous people have started to set the agenda for the Monday Okpebholo and Dennis Idahosa-led government. They are coming up with their expectations for the fifth elected government in the areas of security, education, road construction, and healthcare.

The Concerned citizens also believe that the new government will prioritize the welfare of Edo people and improve their lives.

They are however hopeful that the administration in realizing its mandate to the people will hit the ground running.
