The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, says it is yet to receive the certified True Copy of the Federal High Court’s Judgement that sacked Ebonyi State Governor, Dave Umahi and his Deputy, Kelechi Igwe.
INEC National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee, Barrister. Festus Okoye told ait.live Via a telephone conversation that the commission would meet and take a decision when It received the certified true copy of the court Judgement.

He noted that INEC has not been served with a copy of the said judgement.
