Women have been advised to focus on building resilience and capacity for themselves to enable them navigate with ease challenging situations that life throws up at them.

The advise was given by speakers at a special event in Lagos designed to
empower, uplift, and celebrate women.

The speakers emphasized that in every set back in life, there is always a seed of a come back which women must nurture or be swallowed up by life’s challenges.

Though International Women’s Day is set aside to celebrate women’s achievements, these eminent personalities think women should be celebrated everyday given their crucial multitasking roles in the society.
