Officials of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Gukali Gundari Ward in Misau Local Government Area of Bauchi State, have dismissed the State APC Chairman, Babayo Misau, over alleged anti-party activities, during the recently concluded Bauchi State Governorship and State Assembly Elections.
The dismissal was announced by the Ward Secretary, Aliyu Adamu, during a Press Briefing organized in Bauchi State, North East Nigeria.
Following the loss of the Bauchi State Governorship seat by the opposition All Progressives Congress, APC, members of the party have continued to blame one another, including the state chairman, over his alleged involvement in anti-party activities

However, an APC Concerned Group said, such development may constitute a setback to the party, especially at a time when the party is struggling to reclaim what it described as its stolen mandate.
The group’s spokesperson, Isah Matori, enjoined all the state’s APC officials and supporters to reunite and remain as one family, to enable the party to succeed.
