Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma has hosted a high-level bipartisan meeting of Igbo leaders in Abuja to set out the agenda on issues affecting the South-East Nigeria and on how to engage the President Bola Tinubu-led administration.
In attendance were the President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Emmanuel Nwanyanwu and top traditional rulers from the zone.

Others are the Governor of Ebonyi State, Francis Nwifuru; serving members of the National Assembly; former Governor of Ebonyi State, David Umahi; former President of the Senate, Anyim Pius Anyim; PDP Board of Trustees Chairman, Adolphus Wabara; one-time PDP spokesperson, Olisa Metuh, former Senate Minority Leader, Enyinnaya Abaribe; former Minister of Aviation, Osita Chidoka and billionaire businessman, Arthur Eze.
The meeting, which went into a closed-door session is expected
to agree on a charter of engagement with the Tinubu-led administration to ensure that the interest of the region is protected.
