The Court of Appeal Abuja has affirmed the victory of Usman Ododo of the All Progressives Congress, APC, as the dully elected Governor of Kogi State.
The appellate court while dismissing the appeal filed by the Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, Muritala Ajaka held that the appellant failed to prove allegations of over-voting and certificate forgery among others.
