Ebonyi State Governor, Francis Nwifuru has directed the immediate removal from office of the Commissioner for Works, Stanley Lebechi Mbah.
A statement signed by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Monday Uzor, directed the sacked appointee to transfer responsibilities to the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry and handover all government property in his possession, including the official vehicle to the Secretary to the State Government, SSG.
The statement which did not specify the exact reasons for the sacking of the Commissioner, assured residents of Ebonyi State that the Governor Nwifuru’s administration remains focused on the delivery of effective governance and improving public infrastructure.
