The Kwara State Police Command in North-Central Nigeria says it has arrested two suspected ritualists with fresh human head and two hands
This is contained in a statement made available to journalists in Ilorin, the State capital by the spokesperson, SP Ajayi Okasanmi. He noted that the eagle eyed policemen attached to Operation Harmony, while on patrol on Oke Oyi-Jebba Road on Sunday arrested the suspects identified as Wasiu Omonose aged 35 years, of Abioye compound, Share and one Akanbi Ibrahim aged 32 years of Sayo Street Share who confessed to be taking the fresh human head and hands to an Alfa in Ilorin for ritual purposes.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police, Tuesday Assayomo has warned criminal elements to relocate from the state, as the Command would not fold its arms and allow criminals of whatever nomenclature truncate the peace and harmony presently existing in the State.

He further noted that any person or group of persons found in any manner attempting to initiate the breakdown of law and order in the state would be arrested and made to bear the full wrath of the law.
Assayomo also restated his determination to prosecute the suspected ritualists as soon as investigation into the matter is concluded.
