Motorists in Kano State said though prices of petroleum remain 163 naira per litre, they condemn any move to hike the price.
Some motorists told ait.live that if the price is increased to 212 Naira per litre it will surely bring more hardship to the masses.

Many were confused since the increase became public knowledge though filling stations have not adjusted their prices to reflect the increase.
Residents also called on the government not to hike the price of petroleum products at a time many are grappling with difficult economic situation.
