President Bola Tinubu has urged caution and adherence to essential safety measures to prevent fire outbreaks and other accidents.
The president said this while sympathizing with traders affected by inferno at Karu Market in the Federal capital territory FCT, Abuja and assures them of his administration’s full support.
A statement by the President’s spokesperson Ajuri Ngelale says the President received the news of the fire incident, which affected sections of Karu Market in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), with deep sadness.
On Thursday evening, fire ripped through a swathe of the market, destroying property and other valuables.
