Katsina state government says arrangements have been concluded for the commencement of the Manpower Audit and Verification exercise scheduled to begin July 10.
This is contained in a statement by the spokesman of the committee, Hassan Tukur saying that a pre- mortem meeting on the conduct of the exercise was held on Sunday and presided over by the Chairman of the committee, Rabi’u Abdu Ruma alongside other members.
The Chairman announced that 15 Ministries, Departments, and Agencies, MDAs, have been shortlisted for the first day of the exercise.
Ruma listed the affected MDAs to include Katsina State Transport Authority, KTSTA, State Emergency Management Agency, SEMA, Mathematical Centre, Ministry of Works, Housing and Transport, MOWH&T, FASCOT, KASSAROTA and Ministry of Sports and Social Development.

Others he said are the Sports Council, Water Board, Bureau, of Public Procurement, Science and Technical Education Board. Government Printer, KTTV, and SEPA.
Ruma further revealed that the exercise will commence at 10 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. everyday.
The Chairman requested the Directors of Administration and Supplies, DAS, to ensure compliance with the terms of reference of the committee as forwarded in their letters from the committee.
