The management of Katsina United Football Club is appealing to its teaming supporters to stay away from the premises of Muhammadu Dikko Stadium as they host Kano Pillars on Match Day 21 of the ongoing NPFL season.
According to a release by the Club’s Media Officer Nasir Gide, the call became necessary following a letter from League Management Company LMC issued to the Football Association chairmen of both Katsina United and Kano Pillars dated on 21st of May 2021.
It would be recalled that matches between the two teams have generated so much acrimony in the recent past which necessitated the intervention of the League Management Company.
Therefore the following measures are to be adopted for the game.
No fans would be allowed into the stadium arena.
Both Katsina United and Kano Pillars will be allowed to have 20 players, 7 technical officials, 5 club directors, and 3 FA officials from Katsina United only.
Special accreditation will be provided by the LMC for all attendees.

Kano Pillars are strongly advised to inform their fans not to travel to Katsina for the match.
