Isah Muhammad is now the new Commandant of the Kebbi State Command of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA.
He made this known at the Government House where he had gone to solicit cooperation and assistance to eliminate the menace of dangerous drugs among the people.
The New Commandant added that such a supportive disposition was highly desirable, given the location of Kebbi State, sharing a common border with Benin Republic.
He urged the state government to embark on a collaborative effort with the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, to stop the influx of drugs into the state, through the border towns.

The Kebbi State Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu expressed satisfaction with the sterling performances of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, to rid the nation of illicit drugs and intoxicants.
Governor Atiku Bagudu, while receiving the new Commandant, remarked that the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency has been doing a wonderful job, despite the need to involve the communities in the struggle to eliminate dangerous drugs in society.
