The Kogi state governor, Usman Ododo, certainly realizes this time tested approach to governance hence he is soliciting the cooperation of the traditional rulers in the state to enable his administration to move the Confluence State forward.

The Governor made the call in Lokoja on Friday when he presented staff of office to Akinrin of Ekinrin land, His Royal Majesty Johnson Kolade Otitoju as a first class traditional ruler in the State.

The staff of office is a symbol of authority that will enable the Monarch to connect with his People at the grassroots to achieve equitable development in his domain.
