The people of lwoye-Ayedun community in Oke-Ero Local Government Area of Kwara State have accused the office of the State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Salman Jawondo of taking sides in the raging legal conflict in the community.
The community through its Counsel and Spokesperson, Akinmade Abolarin disclosed to journalists in Ilorin on Monday.
The people appealed to Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq to caution the Attorney-General.
They also called on the State House of Assembly to invite State Attorney General to appear before it to give proper ezplanation about his interest in the Ayedun and Iwoye matter.
Giving a background to their grievances against the State Attorney General, the spokesman of the Iwoye community of Ayedun in Oke-Ero Local Government Area of Kwara State, Akinmade Abolarin alleged that each time the monarch of the community and his supporters commit a crime, the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Salman Jawondo will always come to their rescue.

Akinmade described the action of the Kwara State Attorney General as bias, unjust , abuse of legal process and act against public interest.
The Community however appealed to the Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq and the Kwara State House of Assembly to call the State Attorney General to order.
The Community maintained that such development by the State Attorney General can only lead to the citizens becoming disappointed and disenchanted about the judicial system.
