Labour party presidential candidate Peter Obi takes campaign to Kebbi

The Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi and his running mate Ahmed Datti are in Kebbi in continuation of their campaign.

Peter Obi said if Nigerians vote him into office as the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the coming general elections, he promised to remove the country from its current consumer status to one of production.

He further spoke on insecurity which he described as a nightmare and promised to bring an end to it in Nigeria.

Obi called on the Labour Party supporters to be security conscious in all their undertakings and support all law enforcement agencies.

He said this year’s election should not be based on tribal or religious sentiments but on achievements and character.

The campaign was conducted at the Race Course in Birninkebbi, the Kebbi State capital.
