A magistrate court sitting at Ogba in Lagos has ordered the remand of three suspects, Fred Azeez, Lucky Idudu and Adedigba Segun for the alleged murder of Adeniyi Sanni, an aide to Senator Solomon Adeola.
The suspects who are charged with a six count charge bothering on conspiracy, armed robbery, murder and unlawful possession of firearms were prevented from taking their plea by the presiding Magistrate, Temitope Oladele noted that the court lacked the jurisdiction to handle the matter.

Magistrate Oladele ordered that the suspects be remanded at the Kiri Kiri correctional center for thirty days pending advise from the director of public prosecutions, adjourning the case to the ninth of January, twenty twenty-three.

The suspects had allegedly stabbed the victim, Adeniyi Sanni on the fifth of August , 2023 at Berger bus stop in Lagos.
They were arrested by the Lagos State Police Command and paraded on the 18th of September for their connection to the robbery and murder of Sanni who was before his death, an aide to Senator Solomon Adeola.
