Governor Aminu Masari has declared Monday, April 11 as a Work Free day to enable Workers and their Families Exercise their franchise in the upcoming Local Government Election.
This is Contained in a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary Administration Office of the Head Of Civil Service, Usman Isyaku.
According to the statement, the one day public holiday is declared to enable Civil Servants and their Families to Cast their Votes in their Constituencies.

The statement further urged Workers to utilize the opportunity to peacefully exercise their constitutional rights by voting candidates of their choice.
