A Max Air flight from Yola Airport had crash landed in Abuja following a burst tyre while landing at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at about 2:50pm on Sunday.

There are strong indications that the flight for the stranded passengers will be rescheduled for Monday.

The Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria, FAAN told AITOnline that the runway has however been cleared for flight operations after removing the Max Air Plane from the runway.
