About 400 kidnap victims were rescued by the Nigerian military this July during its various operations across the country.
Troops also neutralised 102 terrorists and arrested over 345 suspects within the same period in its July edition of the briefing by the Defence Media operations led by the Director, Major General Michael Onoja.
In June, the military said it rescued 542 kidnapped persons, neutralized 129 terrorists and took 486 suspected criminals and collaborators into custody for profiling.

The score card for July, Major General Michael Onoja says, almost matches that of the preceding month.
The Defence operations spokesperson added that huge caché of weapons and ammunition were also recovered by troops involved in the seven operational theatres.
