The Young progressives Party’s Presidential Candidate in the 2019 elections, Professor Kingsley Moghalu has rejected the offer to be part of the African Democratic Congress, (ADC) Presidential Campaign Council Policy Team member, saying he had quit partisan politics since 2022.
Moghalu said he was shocked when he discovered that he was included in Atiku’s 2027 campaign council without prior consultation. .

The Former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria,CBN further explained that he did not give his consent for his name to be published as a member of the ADC candidate’s policy team even unofficially or in any advisory capacity.
Moghalu inisisted that he will continue to maintain non-partisan posture in the country’s national affairs by not being a member or sympathizer of any political party in Nigeria.
