A Magistrate’s Court in the Yaba Area of Lagos State has granted bail for twenty million Naira each with three sureties and a landed property, to embattled street pop singer, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley and Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry.
The court also stipulated that one of the sureties for each of the defendants must be a blood relative.
Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun, Monday, asked the defendants to submit their passports and ordered that they report weekly at the State Criminal Investigation Department Panti.

Olatunbosun also handed down a warning that no one should attempt to contact her directly regarding the case, saying such an attempt would be documented, and could potentially be revealed during court proceedings.
Recall Naira Marley, Sam Larry, and two others were arraigned and remanded in police custody on October 6, over their alleged involvement in circumstances that led to the death of 27-year-old singer-songwriter Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as MOHBAD, who died on September 12th.
