Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has called for an end to perceived divisions within the Governing political family, urging unity for the progress and development of the state.
He made the call during the swearing-in of three new Commissioners as part of a minor cabinet reshuffle.
The new Commissioners are former House of Assembly member, Ishaku Maren; former National Association of Nigerian Students executive, Prince Miaphen; and Professor Gloria Samuel.
Governor Mutfwang says with about nine months left in the administration, there is a need to re-examine the cabinet structure and make necessary adjustments in the interest of Plateau people.

While stressing that the reshuffle is not a verdict on the performance of the affected Commissioners, the Governor calls for an end to perceived divisions within the governing political family.
The reshuffle sees Ishaku Maren take charge of the Ministry of Budget and Planning, Prince Miaphen move to Youth and Sports, while Professor Gloria Samuel becomes Commissioner for Education.
Kachollom Gang takes charge of the newly created Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs.
