National Association of Nigerian Students, (NANS) has threatened to storm the Ministry of Education unannounced if the strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities, (ASUU) extends beyond this week.
Addressing journalists in Abuja on Thursday, the body of Nigeria students said their patience have been stretched too far and could snap anytime.
On the ‘no work, no pay’ stance of the Federal government, the students asked both parties to return to the negotiation table in the interest of sustaining Nigerian education.

ASUU embarked on strike on February 14, 2022 to demand the renegotiation of 2009 agreement and payment of owed salaries and allowances among others.
