Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule has called on former presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, Peter Obi to support President Bola Tinubu to succeed in developing Nigeria. He made the call when Obi visited him in Lafia, the state capital.
The 2023 election in Nigeria was one which saw opposition parties like the Labour Party pulling their weight across board during the polls.
The Governor during the visit said that elections were over, maintaining that every President requires the support of all Nigerians including those in opposition to move the country forward.
Sule added that the President means well for the country and any strategy towards addressing insecurity, economic hardship, and other challenges confronting the country should be put forward for consideration.
