The local government chairmanship and councillorship elections are being peacefully conducted across Nasarawa State.
Ait.live gathered that electoral materials arrived late to many polling units and voting commenced as late as 2pm in some wards in Karu Local Government Area of the state.

Security personnel also arrived late to the polling units.
The voters pleaded with the Nasarawa State Independent electoral commission NASIEC to make adjustments which will improve polling in subsequent elections.
As of the time of filing this report voting is still ongoing across the state.
