Nasarawa state Governor, Abdullahi Sule has pledged his administration’s commitment to the welfare of Civil servants in Nasarawa State.
The Governor said this during the symbolic presentation of allocation letters to beneficiaries of the owner-occupier home scheme of the state government.
Governor Sule appreciated the Committee that served under the Chairmanship of the State Deputy Governor for carrying out the important task and the partnership by the Federal Mortgage Bank, to ensure all Civil Servants have their own decent accommodation.
The Governor also emphasised his commitment to implement benefits of promotions due to workers.
The State Head of Service, Abigail Waya explained that the historic event represents a milestone in the lives of the people of Nasarawa State, especially beneficiaries of the three hundred and twelve units of one, two and three housing units
The state NLC chairman Comrade Ismaila Oko and the State Chairman of the Trade Union Congress, Comrade Mohammed Doma, commended the Sule led government for his worker friendly policies and urged the beneficiaries of the owner occupier houses to fulfil their obligations following the opportunity given them.
