Youths in Nasarawa State say, they are prepared to use their skills, to contribute to the manpower development of the state.
They told ait.live at the 2021 Youth Summit in Lafia, the state capital, that the skills acquired through the different trainings, will assist them to boost agriculture in their respective local government areas.

To help prevent violent extremism in Nasarawa State, during the commemoration of the International Youth Day, a Non Governmental Organisation went to lecture them on how to improve, transform varieties and improve agriculture.
One of the facilitators, Timothy Ayuba, said that, the summit intends to train the youths to make them shun violence and engage themselves in activities that will contribute positively to the society.
The Organisers say the program will continue in 12 communities across the state.
