Two non-teaching staff unions in Nigeria’s universities have reminded the federal government that it’s April 1st to 30th ultimatum to fix its issues remain unshakeable.
In a communinuque at the end of its special national executive meeting, the unions say enough time has been given to the federal government 2010 renegotiation team.
The unions are the senior staff association of Nigerian Universities, (SSANU) and the non-teaching staff union of educational and associated institutions, (NASU)
The minister of Education, Tunji Alausa, had promised to address collectively the demands of all unions in Nigeria’s tertiary institutions.
