The National Judicial Council is to investigate three Judges for granting undue exparte orders.
As a result of the embarrassing unprofessional conduct of the Judges, the NJC says it will meet with all Heads of Court in the Country and NBA Leadership on the issue.

The NJC then Warned Chief Judges to desist from granting unnecessary exparte orders especially on political matters.
