Ahead of the February 19, 2023 halftime show of the NBA All-Stars Game in Salt Lake City Utah, United States; Nigeria’s multiple award-winning music stars, Burnaboy, Tems, and Rema have been named to anchor the Afrobeats-themed performance.
American rapper record producer, Post Malone is expected to kick off the show with a medley of hits.
Singer actress, Jewel will perform the U.S National Anthem, while Fast X star Vin Diesel would lead the players introductions for the newly named NBA All-Stars.
The NBA league is expected to honour American professional basketball player, LeBron James for breaking the scoring record recently.

In 2022, the NBA headlined American Disc Jockey and rapper, DJ Khaled to perform at the halftime show; as he shocked guests in attendance; bringing Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Migos, Lil Baby, and Gunna on stage to perform.
Other international music stars expected to perform at this year’s outing include Janelle Monae, 21 Savage, Cordae, Ozuna, Kane Brown, and Nicky Jam among others.
