NCDC confirms 1424 new cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria

The Nigeria Centre For Disease Control has confirmed 1424 new cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria.

Of those, Lagos has the highest of 796. It is followed by Delta-152, FCT-130 and
Edo-129.

Others include Oyo-82, Ondo and Rivers-39 each, Kaduna has 15, Enugu-9,

Anambra-8, while Kwara and Ogun has 7 each.

Bayelsa and Kano have 4 each and Akwa Ibom has 3.

So far 220,020 have been confirmed, 211,292 discharged and 2,983 deaths have been recorded.

Today’s report includes:

▪️153 cases reported for Delta State are from 13th (13), and 14th (139) December 2021.

▪️ 0 cases reported from Bauchi, Ekiti, Osun and Zamfara States.
