The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has charged beneficiaries of its 2026/2027 Foreign Postgraduate Scholarship Programme to avoid social vices and strive for academic excellence.
The Managing Director of the NDDC, Samuel Ogbuku stated this during the pre-departure briefing for two hundred beneficiaries of the commission’s foreign postgraduate programme in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.
