The Niger delta development commission NDDC has reaffirmed its commitment to ensure all operations with vendors are fully digitalized for efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
This was the position of the NDDC during one day policy reform and digitization of the NDDC procurement system for stakeholders’ sensitization and training workshop in Owerri.
The policy reform and digitization of the NDDC procurement system training is to ensure that stakeholders are well equipped, with digital skills and tips on procurement processes, as the commission puts an end to manual transaction.
The director of procurement NDDC, chuks osuji, says the digitization of the commission procurement system will help to improve transparency in contract bidding, ensuring efficiency and reduce human manipulation

Participants who were drawn from NDDC contractors, consultants, and staff in imo state commended the NDDC for the initiative.
The stakeholders training will also hold across the nine states of the Niger delta region.
