The Akwa Ibom state governor Udom Emmanuel says the state is willing to collaborate with the the Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC to bring Development to the people.
The governor gave the assurance when he received members of the board and management of the NDDC at Uyo, the Akwa Ibom state capital.
It was another visit by the newly inaugurated NDDC board to critical stakeholders in Niger Delta region.
This time it was the Akwa Ibom state government.

The visit was led by Lauretta Onochie, chairman of the NDDC board and her message is to seek support and collaboration from the Akwa Ibom state government.
The governor of Akwa Ibom state Udom Emmanuel, who was represented by his deputy, Moses Ekpo, assured the NDDC team of sincere collaboration.
He commended the federal government for listening to the people of the Niger Delta region in ending issues of sole administratorship for the NDDC.
