The Ministry of Niger Delta affairs says it is on a mission to, within the next one month, conclude the forensic audit, inaugurate a substantive board for the Niger Delta Development Commission, as it also inspects the East/ West Road and others billed for Completion.

Giving insight into the inspected projects at Obio/Akpor, and Port Harcourt city local governments areas, the Niger Delta Commission NDDC Director Rivers State, George Ero with his colleagues, highlighted the challenges confronting the Projects and appeal for calm amongst militant agitators.

While in Delta state, the forensic audit team visited projects at Anoicha south and west, and three Riverine communities in Warri South local council areas.

The state director Emmanuel Audu spoke about their findings.

The Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs, however, appealed to Niger Deltans to be patient over the outcome of the forensic audit reports submission and the abnormalities in NDDC which they say will be properly addressed.
