The Niger-Delta Western Limited, says it will continue to lend support to students and centres of higher learning in Nigeria with resources that will enable them compete favorably with other institutions in advanced countries .
The chief Executive officer of Niger delta Western Limited, Eberechukwu Oji stated this in Ibadan, at the commissioning of the E- library Project in the department of Geology, University of Ibadan in honor of the first professor of Geology in Africa and Nigeria.
The multi-million naira edifice built by Niger-Delta western limited according to the chief executive officer, is aimed at assisting Nigerian students with contemporary research materials, that will enable them advance knowledge as global brands.

The Acting vice chancellor of the university of Ibadan, represented by provost of the college of medicine, professor Olayinka Omigbodun while commending the support to the institution, renewed calls for alumni interventions in areas of infrastructure development in schools.
For students and staff of the department of geology, the library complex will not only add to the beauty of the department, it will also be of academic benefit to many generations in years to come.
