The Nigeria Police Force has delivered crime-fighting equipment to the Command in Niger State, North-Central Nigeria.
The equipment include five operational vehicles, two gun trucks, bullet-proof vests and helmets among others.
State Commissioner of Police, Bala Kuryas, who inspected the delivered of the vehicles, appreciated the efforts of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Alkali Usman Baba, in the fight against terrorists in the state.
Kuryas assured the IGP that the vehicles and equipment would be put to maximum use, especially in the areas where terrorist activities are persistent.
