The Committee of Unions in Niger State Owned Tertiary Institutions, (CUNOTI) have continued the industrial action they embarked on since last February.
The committee in a statement jointly signed by the Chairman, Ladan Babadoko and Secretary, Baba Kudu noted that the State government has not attended to the issues it presented for necessary action.
The statement added that in February a 14-day ultimatum was issued to the State government, just as resolutions of the committee were communicated to the Head of Service and the Commissioner For Tertiary Education, Science and Technology.
It further enjoined members of the committee to remain at home until their demands are met.
