The Organised Labour made good its promise to hold nationwide protests to get the Federal Government to reverse some of its recent policies, which they describe as anti-people.
A rally in Abuja started from the Unity Fountain and workers plan to march to the National Assembly to submit their demands.
The workers are led by the president of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Joe Ajaero and his Trade Union Congress counterpart Festus Osifo.

Organised labour is demanding the revival of the nation’s refineries and adequate, far reaching palliatives if the removal of fuel subsidy is to be borne by Nigerians as proposed by the Federal Government.
