A Northern group from Borno state has appealed to government at all levels and stakeholders to intensify the financial support for the internally displaced persons taking refuge in Edo state.
The group who made the appeal during their visit to the home for the needy camp in Edo state said, they are in Edo in solidarity solidarize with the IDPs’ who are mostly from Borno state.
The home of the needy camp in Edo state play host to over two thousand displaced persons from different parts of the country.
Majority of them are from Borno state, where they were displaced by the activities of boko Haram in that region.
A Northern group from Borno state known as the Gwoza elite forum, were at the camp to appreciate the camp coordinator for his selfless service to humanity

Some of the IDPs’ who spoke on how the camp has assisted them to acquire higher education, appealed for more financial support from well meaning Nigerians and government at all levels
The camp has produced several graduates from different institutions of higher learning.
