National Population Commission, NPC, has described the informal sector of Nigeria’s economy as the worst hit by the negative impacts of Covid-19.
As parts of activities lined up by the Commission to commemorate the 2020 World Population Day, the Acting Chairman Dr Eyitayo Oyetunji, who spoke through Oyo State Director of the commission, Nusi Omolara, said the informal sector employs 80% of Nigerians most of whom are women.
